A Letter from ECW President Christine Storch

Dear Women of St. Paul’s Church,

The period between fall and Christmas is one of the busiest times for the women of St. Paul’s ECW. As we prepare for the Fall ECW meeting, 71st Bazaar and ECW Christmas Dinner, I’d like to reflect upon how vital teamwork is to hosting successful events.

This reflection is best represented by a quote from the diocesan website. “The Episcopal Church Women of the Diocese of North Carolina are part of the ministry and fellowship of all women of the Church.”  There is a ministry within the ECW that calls each of us. Whether it is helping with the Backpack Program, ironing church linens, attending circle meetings or cooking for the Christmas Dinner, there is a place for everyone in the ECW.

That is why I am writing you to ask not only for your time, but also your financial generosity.  Only with your support can the various ECW opportunities continue to be available because the ECW relies solely on ECW pledges.

Your donation will allow us to continue the longstanding tradition the ECW has in our community, in our nation, and in our world.  All monies made by the Annual Bazaar are donated to various charities, including a portion which goes to the ECW of the Diocese of North Carolina for programming and charities.

To donate securely online, please click the button below.

If you prefer, you may donate by check, payable to St. Paul’s ECW, and sent or hand-delivered to the church offices, attn: ECW.

I look forward to seeing you all soon!
