Outreach in Advent: Collaboration and Community

This Advent, St. Paul’s is collaborating with community partners to respond to the needs of our neighbors. I pray that these opportunities will remind us all of the hope that is interwoven in the Advent season. If we ever needed the hopeful anticipation of Advent, this is the year! Thank you all for your support, and please contact me if you have any questions at nvaders@stpauls-ws.org.

  1. Angel Tree for the Center of Hope: This year, St. Paul’s is sponsoring the Christmas Eve dinner at the Center of Hope, as well as gifts for children and families at the shelter. If you would like to provide gifts for a child at the shelter, simply sign up, and you will then be provided with the child’s name and gift details.Sign Up Here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B094CA9AB28AAFB6-center2
  2. Diaper Drive for Christ’s Beloved Community Pantry: Diapers can be a difficult expense for families struggling with economic hardship. We will again partner with Christ’s Beloved Community’s food pantry and deliver and distribute diapers to families on 12/17. Please click the link for the amazon wish list. Diapers will be delivered directly to St. Paul’s, and we will store them and deliver them to CBC on Thursday, December 17th.
