In addition to the windows in the nave, there are other stained glass windows on the stairs, second floor, and lower level entrance to the church.

In the stairwell outside the baptistry there are windows honoring St. Francis of Assisi and St. Christopher. Other stained glass windows are on the stairs, second floor and lower level entrance of the church.

On the second floor, directly below the altar, is a small chapel which is now used for preschool music. Six windows feature the former uses of this chapel for children’s services, communion services, weddings, the deaf congregation, and choir rehearsals.

Three windows from the first church are in the second floor hall outside the music room. They are in memory of the Laura E. Lemly, Rev. Henro O. Lacey, and Bessie Harris.
